These terms govern your use of the Camuzo app for iPhone. By downloading or using Camuzo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Camuzo on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these terms.

Your content

You own the videos you record with Camuzo. We do not claim any rights to them and we never upload or store them. You are responsible for what you record and how you use it, and you agree to follow the law, including the rights of others.

Music and copyright

Camuzo lets your own music keep playing while you record. It does not copy or capture the audio from other apps. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, keep, or share any video that contains music or other content owned by someone else. Local laws and the terms of your music service apply.

Camuzo Pro and subscriptions

Camuzo is free to use. Camuzo Pro unlocks 4K recording, watermark customization or removal, and unlimited recording length. Pro is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a free trial where offered), or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. A free trial, where offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use Camuzo to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

Disclaimer

Camuzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recording behavior can depend on your device, your iOS version, and your audio setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of Camuzo means you accept the updated terms.
